Kelby Hagar
Mr. Hagar has extensive experience running technology and software development companies. In 2003, he formed Digital Witness, LLC, a company dedicated to the development of software applications that enable businesses to utilize video surveillance technology to improve their management efficiencies. From 2003-2007 Mr. Hagar grew Digital Witness to over $13M in annual recurring revenues, prior to being acquired by Westec Interactive, Inc. in November of 2007. Mr. Hagar was made President & CEO of the combined companies.
In 1999, Mr. Hagar founded GroceryWorks.com, Inc. and served as the company's President. During his tenure, GroceryWorks developed its initial e-commerce website, initiated operations in Dallas, Fort Worth and Houston, generated annualized revenues of $25M, and led GroceryWorks through a merger with Safeway, Inc in 2001. Mr. Hagar has also held positions with Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, LLP, a national law firm, and with Hunt Investment Group, a Dallas-based private equity firm.Mr. Hagar is a 1995 Cum Laude graduate of Harvard Law School with a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree and a 1992 Magna Cum Laude graduate of Angelo State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration.
