Frank-Paul King: Board Member

Mr. King's background includes over twelve years of experience in the financial industry.  He has acted as the sole financial advisor on over $1 billion in transactions, including over $500 million of privately placed capital, for private and public companies throughout North America.

Mr. King started his career as the Vice President of Corporate Finance at Hoak Breedlove Wesneski & Company in Dallas.  He then became a Managing Partner with Windrock Capital, Ltd. where he successfully opened and managed the firm’s Dallas office. 

He is now a Managing Partner for King/Strategic Finance, which is a private merchant bank specializing in the development of innovative and individually tailored financial solutions for growth-oriented private and public companies throughout North America.

He serves on the Board of Directors and on the Development Committee for the Dallas Museum of Natural History.

Mr. King has a BS in Economics and a BS in Management from Montana State University and an MBA from Duke University, where he graduated as a Fuqua scholar, a Connally Scholar and a Fuqua Fellow.
